A Floral Tribute to the Founding Father

Late Syed Humayun Muzaffar laid the foundation of City International School in 2008, with the intention to make CIS as centre of excellence providing quality education to students coming from diverse socio-economic and varied cultural background. CIS is a living model of his dynamism and legacy he left behind to enlighten young minds that will in turn transform the society.

Syed Humayun was a very kind and humble person who dedicated his entire life for this sanctified cause. He was caring, loved, disciplined, honest and down to earth. His sad demise has left a great vacuum and is badly felt in the entire school community. We miss him with every passing second, minute, hours and days, the thorny reality that he is not among us today. But it is quite true to say that we can feel him in every corner of the school and see him in the faces of our children. Rest assured we have taken up the task where he left and the flag he handed over will always keep flying.
